Mochi #01
Mochi #01
0 / 30 hatched
Thirty is small on purpose. Each id from 1 to 30 is one fixed cartoon pet, drawn from a fixed trait table, so the sheet stays a sheet — no infinite mint, no rerolling until you get a rare one. The pet you hatch is the pet you keep, and its stage follows your streak: egg, baby, kid, teen, star.
The streak is the whole game. checkIn works once per 24 hours, and it only counts as consecutive if you come back within 48 hours of your last stamp. Skip a day and the streak drops back to 1 — the pet stays yours, it just starts counting again. At 30 consecutive stamps it graduates, and only then can it be listed on the in-page market.
Your BOT is never sitting in a vault. Minting costs the flat 0.01 BOT. sendHome is a full refund to the original minter inside 24 hours. After that, the only money that moves is a sale: the buyer pays the exact listed price, and it goes to the seller. The contract holds a listed pet in escrow until someone buys or the seller delists.
You mint a specific vacant id; the contract does not pick one.
No fee above 0.01 BOT to hatch.
sendHome is a full refund, minter-only, 24 hours.
A skipped day resets the streak to 1.
Only a graduated pet can be listed.
Seller can delist before a buy. Lead cannot sendHome someone else’s pet.
Only graduated pets (30 consecutive stamps) can hang here. Buy pays the seller. The seller can take a listing down before a sale.
BotPet suits people who like a small daily ritual more than a dashboard. You open the page, stamp the pet, close the tab. The streak is the point, and the pet's stage is the visible proof of it.
It also suits collectors who want a closed, countable set: thirty ids, one trait table, no surprise supply. And it suits sellers who want a clean handoff — list at your price, delist if you change your mind, and the buyer's BOT goes straight to you.
Three good fits: a daily-stamp keeper chasing the star stage, a sticker-sheet collector filling gaps in ids 1–30, and a trader who lists a graduated pet and can pull it back before a buy.
Exactly 0.01 BOT, paid to the contract when you call mint(id). There is no fee above that to hatch, and the contract does not choose the id — you do.
checkIn(id) is once per 24 hours for the owner. If you stamp again within 48 hours of your last stamp, the streak goes up by one; if more than 48 hours pass, it resets to 1. At 30 consecutive stamps the pet graduates.
Yes, inside 24 hours. sendHome(id) burns the pet and refunds the full 0.01 BOT, but only if you are the original minter and still hold it. After 24 hours, the exit is a sale on the market.
BotPet runs on BOT Chain mainnet, chain id 677, with BOT as the native token. You can check any mint, stamp, listing, or refund on the explorer at https://scan.botchain.ai.
Only a graduated pet can be listed with list(id, price), and the pet is escrowed in the contract while it sits on the market. The seller can delist before anyone buys, and the pet returns to them.
The buyer pays the exact listed price, the pet moves to the buyer, and the BOT goes to the seller — not to the lead. Mint proceeds above reserved refunds are collected by the lead.
Mint the thirty fixed pets, stamp daily streaks, graduate at 30, and trade on the in-page market with delist and 24-hour sendHome in place.
Tighten the sticker-sheet view so all thirty ids, their stages, and their streak counters read at a glance on the page.
Add clearer market history per pet so a buyer can see a listed pet's streak record before paying the exact price.
Keep the set closed at thirty and improve the notebook presentation rather than adding supply, fees, or new admin powers.
Thirty cages, one pet each, and the sheet shows which ids are still open. Hatch for 0.01 BOT, stamp it daily, and send it home within 24 hours if it isn't the one.
